Research Interests

Tomás obtained a Bachelor of Business Degree with a specialism in Marketing from the Institute of Technology Tralee.  He subsequently completed a Master of Business Studies by Research in Waterford Institute of Technology before completing a Doctorate in Education in Trinity College Dublin.

He has has research interests in the area of market orientation, food tourism and the student experience in higher education.
