Research Symposium Opened by Musician & Actor Don Baker


Students of IT Carlow's Wexford Campus Applied Social Studies degree programme were treated to a special moment as Don Baker opened their Research Symposium in Wexford Campus on Wednesday 21st May. The event was organised by the students to celebrate the culmination of their 4th year studies as they presented their research on a variety of topics of relevance to Social Care. An entertaining introduction to their work was provided by Don who talked about his life and also sang about civil rights, addiction and loss.
