SETU Springboard & Part-time Open Evening

South East Technological University will host online Springboard + & Part-time Open Evenings on Tuesday 28th from 7.00 - 8.00pm.

We will also hold this same event again on the evening of Thursday 30th November 7.00-8.00pm. These online events will focus on course opportunities starting in January 2024.

Springboard+ Courses
SETU over 300 free/highly-subsidised Springboard + places  on courses starting this January 2024. These places are 90%-funded if you are working and free  if you are unemployed or returning to work – subject to proof of eligibility. Courses include Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, BIM and Construction, Automation, Energy Sustainability, Restaurant Management and Plant-Based Cooking. Springboard courses range from level 6 to full Masters. Courses are typically up to one year and are open to employed, unemployed and people planning to return to the workforce

Part-time Courses

SETU offers over 600 part-time course options from entry level 6 to postgraduate level 9 each year with a range of courses starting in January each year. Courses range from individual specialist modules to short courses to full major awards including a broad range of postgraduate options. Part-time courses are available at SETU’s Waterford, Carlow, Wexford and Wicklow campuses and with many fully online and blended options.
