International Women's Day Carlow Campus

The SETU Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Office is delighted to host an event on Wednesday 8th March celebrating International Women's Day 2023 (IWD 2023).  The United Nations Observance of IWD 2023 is under the theme “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality”.

The observance explores the impact of the digital gender gap on widening economic and social inequalities, spotlights the importance of protecting the rights of women and girls in digital spaces, and addresses online and ICT-facilitated gender-based violence.

We are privileged to be joined by an esteemed host of speakers from 9:15 am to 12:00 pm
