Ernie Donnelly

Ernie is an Aeronautical Inspector with The Irish Aviation Authority and has operational responsibility for the Authority's SAFA (Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft) programme.  He represents the Authority on the EASA SAFA steering group and attends the EU Commission Air Safety Committee.

Flan Garry

Flan joined the Irish Air Corps in 1971. Served in Helicopter operations working on Alouette, Gazelle, Puma and Dauphin helicopters as an Airworthiness inspector from 1978 to 1992.  Joined the Department of Transport in October 1992, and transferred to the Irish Aviation Authority in November 1993. Served in all areas of the Safety & Regulatory Division of the Authority.  In 1999 appointed Aircraft Registration Officer for the Irish Aviation Authority.

Gregory started his aviation career as an apprentice avionic technician in the Irish Air Corps 1977. Qualified from the Apprentice school and was assigned to the Avionics Squadron 1980.  Had responsibility for day to day line maintenance of all Air Corps aircraft as part of a team.

Julie has general practice with a specialisation in Aviation. Julie is a Consultant, Quality Manager and Airworthiness Review Inspector for the National Flight Centre, Irelands longest established Flight Training Organisation and Part M & Part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation.
