Because Life is Just Better with a Bulleted List Job Duties & Responsibilities Action inbound support cases within the required service level agreement (SLA) ​Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing frequent updates to affected customers Provide high-quality proactive support and an exceptional customer experience, Build and enhance existing client relationships Increase adoption rates by conducting training sessions on new and existing product features Help to create and distribute self-service customer support resources Liaise and work closely with other internal teams over technical issues, product road map changes and new features Liaise and work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure top clients' support needs are being serviced and relationships are maintained Assist with internal training when required Skills, Talents, Experience you will need: Native level fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages is preferred Highly analytical with strong technical skills Ability to develop detailed product knowledge quickly Resourceful and creative troubleshooting skills, willing to think ‘outside the box’ to find a solution High level of flexibility as tasks, responsibilities and priorities are constantly evolving Demonstrated passion for delivering and exceeding service targets Ability to develop and maintain quality customer relationships Ability and drive to perform in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and changing priorities Excellent customer presentation and communication skills are essential Experience working with and/or supporting the Salesforce a distinct advantage Experience working in the staffing & recruiting industry would be beneficial but not essential Please note, this position will primarily support our clients in the United States so the standard working hours for this position will be 2pm - 10.30pm Irish time.
