Job Description: The User Experience Product Manager will be involved in all aspects of the product management life cycle. They are expected to design great new features to delight customers, evangelize the enhancements to both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Fast learner, detail oriented and must enjoy fast paced work environments Passionate: for all things UI, mobile and responsive Excellent collaboration, verbal/written skills, experience coordinating large scale projects preferred Organized: adept at product ownership, scrum, story creation Collaborative: coordinate large-scale projects and teams to get things done Inspiring: communicate effectively with customers, partners and the market Technical: work with engineers to navigate technical issues Educated: Degree/Masters in a relevant field (preferably Computer Science/Engineering) Adept at product ownership, scrum, and story creation Responsibilities: Manage project plans, feature design and delivery Identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial and technical goals Research consumer applications, competition, industry trends and technological trends Gather requirements, coordinate design, and guide execution of features Professional Development with Generation Workday The next generation of talent will further fuel Workday’s success.
