Job Description: The Lifecycle Deployment Team continuously innovates methods to reduce Workday implementation effort and cost. We strive to leverage technical development that automates repetitive tasks and improving quality. The team is highly innovative and collaborative by utilizing automation technology, data management solutions and preconfigured content. The Associate Deployment Analyst ensures the successful implementation of the Workday solution by providing product and implementation expertise to their business partners and customers. The Analyst will support the customer’s implementation and will be involved in the development of several key project deliverables (e.g., data gathering, knowledge transfer, validations, etc.) and work with the Customer & Partner Functional Leads to resolve any roadblocks that stand in the way of project success.
Required Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Evidence of technical aptitude (excellent Excel skills, Access or web page programming, etc.) Passion for customer services Bachelor’s Degree Required. Technology, Finance (or related field) preferred. Any coursework in HR, Payroll, Financials, and Project Management experience a plus Coursework in analytical or critical thinking-intensive subjects (Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, etc.) also a plus Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Responsibilities: Work with customers to gather, analyze, and align their business requirements with an ever expanding library of pre-defined Workday Solutions Adjust and re-configure pre-defined solutions to meet customer requirements into our HCM, Payroll, Benefits and Financials solutions Demonstrate competency in the Workday product suite - HCM, BEN, ABS, Payroll, and/or Financials Provide guidance and mentoring to those Professional Service resources working on their implementations Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices Be a liaison for professional services when interacting with customers Assist in the transition of the customer from Lifecycle Deployment to Professional Services Ensure the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW Apply Workday’s Rapid Deployment methodology on customer project teams to help customers achieve a high degree of success and satisfaction with Workday’s products Participate and lead internal initiatives as requested Professional Development with Generation Workday The next generation of talent will further fuel Workday’s success.
