Research Interests
Ralf Burbach has been carrying out research into Human Resource Information System (HRIS) utilisation since 2001, including a government-funded project on HRIS use in small enterprises in Ireland. His current research interests include Global HRIS, e-HRM, and International and Comparative HRM. He has (co-)authored a series of publications (refereed journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers and presentations).
