EU Applications & Procedures

The 2012 International Application form for EU students is available online. To complete this form please click on the link below, open the form and choose Save As to save it to your own PC for editing. All entries on the form should be typed, hand-written entries will not be accepted.

Closing date for receipt of application forms is Friday 4th May 2012.

Once completed please email the application form back to lorraine.brennan@itcarlow.ie

Students must submit the following documents with their application form:
   •   Examination Results. Students should email copies of their examination results from their home institute as soon as they are received. Heads of Department will not consider applications for entry to IT Carlow without a current copy of examination results.
   •   Learning Agreement
   •   One (1) Passport Photograph

Recommended Period of Exchange
It is recommended that students come to IT Carlow for an entire academic year, as it may be more difficult for a student to follow course material if they arrive in mid-year. Where it is not possible to come for the entire year, it is recommended that you come in September for whatever period allowed by the home institute. Applications for the Spring intake are limited to the Bachelor of Engineering in Aircraft Systems - CW507. It is very important that application forms for short-term stay are also received by the above date.
